Harold M. Hervey grew up in Philadelphia and graduated from Penn State University with a B.A. in Political Science. After working on Wall Street in commercial banking, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he attained the rank of Captain and served as a fixed wing and helicopter pilot. Harold has lived in Silicon Valley (San Jose, CA) for the past 20 years and worked as a sales and customer service executive in the semiconductor, software and wireless industries.
Previously registered as a Republican, Harold worked on political campaigns, served on the Santa Clara Republican Council and did staff volunteer work for two presidential election cycles. He also co-founded the "Silicon Valley Times" in 2006, a fledgling Conservative newspaper and website.

Based on the under performance of the National and State GOP, Harold found it necessary to leave the Republican Party. He currently serves as Chairman & Chief Political Officer of the Conservative Party USA and Vice Chairman of the Conservative Party (California).
