Conservative Party - Operations Contributions

Yes, I want to help support the operations of the Conservative Party. I understand that my contribution will be
used for the ongoing costs of maintaining the Conservative Party national operations, such as, rent, staff, printing, travel, and meetings & convention. Also, that general contribution receipts remain for national use and are not directed to states, although their use may be used at the state level, as needed. Contribution/donation payments once paid are non refundable.

This contribution was made knowingly and voluntarily from my own funds.
I am NOT a foreign national who lacks permanent resident status in the U.S.
This contribution may be made on a personal credit card for which I have the legal obligation to pay.
This contribution is NOT made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization, or national bank, and I will not be reimbursed by anyone for this contribution.
The Conservative Party and affiliated state parties are NOT charitable organizations and payments to them are NOT deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
